Returns Policy

At pinkswomens.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

How to Return an Item

  1. Log in to your account at pinkswomens.com and go to “My Orders.”
  2. Select the item(s) you wish to return and follow the instructions to generate a returns label.
  3. Pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging, including all tags and labels.
  4. Attach the returns label and send the parcel back to us via your preferred courier service.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receiving your returned item(s).
  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested size or style is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Lingerie, swimwear, and earrings (for hygiene reasons) cannot be returned unless faulty.
  • Sale items can only be returned for store credit.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
